ENCODE/Roadmap Epigenomics Tutorial

On November 8, 2012, the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) annual meeting held the ENCODE/Roadmap Epigenomics Tutorial, hosted jointly by ENCODE (NIH/NHGRI) and Roadmap Epigenomics (NIH/Common Fund) projects. The tutorial was prepared for biologists using human and/or mouse genetic data to study disease and basic biology and explain what data are available, what they mean, how they can be displayed and downloaded, and how they can be used in genetic research on human disease.
